1. What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how JC Studio ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use Sketch Maze (the "App"). Sketch Maze is an offline puzzle game: it does not require an account, and the App itself collects no personal information.
2. Information processed
- Game progress and settings. Your level progress, stars, daily-maze streak, selected pencil skin, and sound/vibration preferences are stored only on your device. They are never sent to us or to any server we operate. We operate no servers for this App.
- Ads and consent. The App shows optional ads through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). When ads are served, Google may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device and app information, ad interactions, diagnostics, and your consent choices. Where required (for example in the EEA/UK), a consent form lets you choose whether eligible ads are personalized.
3. How information is used
Locally stored data exists solely so the game can remember your progress. Ad-related data is processed by Google to serve and measure ads and to honor your consent choices. We do not sell personal information, and we have no access to the data Google processes beyond aggregated ad reports.
4. Services that process information
- Google for Google Play services, consent management (UMP), and mobile advertising (AdMob).
These providers may process data in countries other than yours. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies.
5. Permissions
- Internet: used only to serve eligible ads. The game itself is fully playable offline.
6. Storage and retention
Game data remains on your device until you clear the App's storage or uninstall it. Google retains ad-related data under its own policies.
7. Your choices
- Review advertising privacy choices when the consent form is offered in the App.
- Reset or limit your device advertising identifier through Android settings.
- Clear all game data by clearing App storage or uninstalling Sketch Maze.
8. Children
Sketch Maze is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in their country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone — the App has no data collection of its own. If you have questions about a child's use of the App, contact us.
9. Security
Because your data never leaves your device (except ad processing by Google described above), the main safeguard is your device itself. We use reasonable technical measures in the App, but no method of electronic storage is completely secure.
10. No in-app account
Sketch Maze has no account system, so there is no account to delete. Removing the App or clearing its storage deletes all game data permanently.
11. Changes
We may update this policy when the App, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the new effective date on this page.
