1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Sketch Maze (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
JC Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Android devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Google Play's terms also apply to your download.
3. Ads
The App may show interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads served by Google Mobile Ads. Rewarded ads are always your choice. Ad availability may vary by region and consent status.
4. Intellectual property
The App, including its code, procedural artwork, sounds, and the Sketch Maze name, is owned by JC Studio. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except where the law permits.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the App in violation of applicable law, attempt to interfere with ad serving, or misrepresent the App as your own work.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JC Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Game progress is stored only on your device; we cannot restore progress lost by deletion, device change, or uninstall.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. We may discontinue the App or its features without obligation.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local mandatory consumer law applies.
