1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Doodle Roll: Physics Puzzle (Korean name: 슥슥데굴, the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
JC Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Android devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Google Play's terms also apply to your download.
3. Ads
The App shows only optional rewarded ads served by Google Mobile Ads. A rewarded ad plays only when you choose to watch one to open a hint step; the App does not show banner or interstitial ads. Rewarded ads are limited (for example, a short wait between ads and a daily limit) and are not offered if you own Unlimited Hints. Ad availability may vary by region, network, and consent status, and a reward is granted only when the ad is watched to the end.
4. Purchases and refunds
The App offers an optional one-time "Unlimited Hints" purchase (formerly "Unlimited Pencils") that opens every hint step without ads on your Google Play account. There is no subscription. You can restore the purchase from the App.
- Paid features are sold through Google Play billing, and refunds are handled under the Google Play refund policy.
- If more than 48 hours have passed since the purchase, or Google Play does not issue a refund, email whdcjf8172@gmail.com with your order number (it starts with GPA.).
- For digital features delivered immediately upon payment, withdrawal from the purchase is restricted once you start using them, under Article 17(2) of the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. However, if a feature is not delivered properly or differs from its description, we will refund you.

- 유료 기능은 Google Play 결제로 판매하며, 환불은 Google Play 환불 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.
- 구매 후 48시간이 지났거나 Google Play에서 환불되지 않으면 whdcjf8172@gmail.com으로 주문 번호(GPA.로 시작)와 함께 요청해 주세요.
- 결제 즉시 제공되는 디지털 기능은 사용을 시작한 뒤에는 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제17조 제2항에 따라 청약철회가 제한됩니다. 다만 기능이 정상적으로 제공되지 않거나 설명과 다른 경우에는 환불해 드립니다.
5. Intellectual property
The App, including its code, stages, artwork, sounds, and the Doodle Roll and 슥슥데굴 names, is owned by JC Studio. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except where the law permits.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the App in violation of applicable law, attempt to interfere with ad serving, or misrepresent the App as your own work.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JC Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Game progress is stored only on your device; we cannot restore progress lost by deletion, device change, or uninstall.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. We may discontinue the App or its features without obligation.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local mandatory consumer law applies.
